This application is intended solely for internal use by BH Multi and Effy Group employees.
Use by anyone outside the organization is not permitted.
Scope
This policy applies to the StyleLookup mobile and web applications and related services operated by BH Multi and Effy Group. It covers information collected when employees use the app, including authentication flows and integrated services.
Information We Collect
- Account and identity data: corporate username, email, employee ID, role or access level, and related directory attributes needed to authenticate and authorize access.
- Usage data: actions performed in the app such as searches, views, and exports; app version; device and OS information; crash and performance diagnostics.
- Device and network data: IP address, timestamps, user agent, and similar technical metadata used for security, auditing, and troubleshooting.
- Application content: jewelry style details you view or export, which are sourced from internal systems and sources.
- Authentication tokens and cookies: session identifiers, JWTs, and similar data used to keep you signed in and enforce role-based access.
How We Use Information
- Provide core functionality such as style search, detail views, and exports.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access to pricing and other protected data.
- Maintain security, monitor for abuse, and perform auditing and compliance checks.
- Improve reliability and performance, including debugging, analytics, and crash reporting.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
StyleLookup uses session cookies and authentication tokens such as JWTs to keep you signed in and secure. We may also use analytics and crash diagnostics to improve reliability. You can control cookies at the browser or device level, but core functionality may not work without them.
Mobile Permissions
The app may request permissions necessary for core functionality, such as network access and file storage for exports. We do not request optional permissions unless required for a specific feature.
